I meet Leanne & Ryan only 5 weeks ago, around the time they started planning this great “pretend 30th birthday” - turn wedding extravagansa. Everything was so top secret and I couldn’t spill the beans to anyone about what they had planned.
It started around 5:30pm Friday night when Leanne told her sister the news……….then 24 hours later (1 hour before the ceremony) I was there to photograph Barbara & Brian (Leanne’s parents) reactions. This is how Leanne told them………….”Hi Mum & Dad, I would like to introduce you to Kelly, my wedding photographer” Below are just a few of the reactions.

After the shock wore off (a little) there were tears then lots of laughs and some more tears again (we snuck in a few tears also)

Then the real magic started to happen– walking into a room of 150 people that knew NOTHING. It was quite a serious operation that required secret entries and dodgy service lifts – we made the most of our very surreal backdrops – hats off to you Leanne for letting me do this with 60 seconds to spare!!

Leanne & Ryan, thank you for your trust and allowing me to be a part of such an incredible rollercoaster of emotions – I LOVED IT!!!! Can’t wait to do it all again with you this weekend for PART 2.
